Liver Detoxification for Optimal Health
Service: A 3-part, 14-day, liver detoxification program
Part 1: Natural Health Seminar (Tu, Sept 7, 7-8:30pm)
Demonstration of how food is processed from the mouth to the rectum. Review organ systems involved in the detoxification (detox) process. Discuss components of program.
Part 2: Detox Kick-off (Th Sept 16, 7-8:30pm)
Discuss preparation needed to begin the detox diet. Receive supplements and handbook. Share questions and concerns.
Part 3: Mid-point Support/Discussion (Th, Sept 23, 7-8:30pm)
Discuss how participants are feeling and share experiences. Exchange recipes. Provide encouragement.
