In this workshop you will receive a Reiki One attunement and explore various spirituality aspects as well as develop your own innate intuitive skills.

Reiki Level One is a simple yet profound healing technique that can be learned by anyone who has been called to the path of healing. Reiki Level One requires no special invocation or alteration of your thinking process to “turn on the flow” of Reiki. By simply placing your hands and opening your heart to love, you will automatically turn on the “healing energy.” In addition to the Reiki One attunement you will learn:

History of Reiki
Theory and practice of Reiki
Hand placements
Reiki One attunement

What to do when you are being “called”
Eliminate and clearing negative energy
How to keep yourself grounded
Amplifying positive energy
Tapping into universal wisdom (spirit guides and angels)
Connecting with your wise self
Keeping your spirits uplifted
Understanding exactly what that is

Using the power of intention
Learn power of proper breathing
Use the power of “being in the moment”
Guided meditations

Classes consist of Reiki One attunement, discussions, guided meditations, and group exercises to help develop your healing and spiritual abilities. Participants will walk away with skills to help heal their own and others’ physical pain.
