Breakfast or Anytime of the Day Fruit Smoothie

One thing I love about his recipe that you can add any fruit that you have on hand. The one I made today is:

In a blender add:

1 banana (any size)
2 large strawberries
a few slices of mango
1/2 cup orange juice or water
1/2 cup water (if it is too thick, add more water or juice)
If you have fiber powder add a scoop

Options: add a handful blueberries, sliced apples, pears, cantalope, grapes, watermelon, blackberries…..whatever
