Helen is a certified Reflexologist and Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner. She is also a Reiki master teacher with a certificate in Usai Reiki.  Helen  has more than five years of therapeutic foot and hand reflexology experience.  Helen received her Reflexology certifications from the New England Institute of Reflexology, MA (foot, hand, fertility, hormonal weight and pain management.) She also received a certificate to teach eight hour Relaxation Reflexology program.  She received her Energy Medicine Certificate from the Rhys Thomas’s Energy Medicine Institute in Medway, MA. She received her Usai Reiki certifications from Clear Self Care in Milford, MA.

Helen specializes in pain reduction, such as pain associated with  migraine headaches; Restless Leg Syndrome; various forms of arthritis, such as Rheumatoid, Osteo; pain associated with auto-immune issues such as Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Lou Gehrig’s Diease, etc. 

Helen works with women and teenagers with Hormonal Balancing issues, such as heavy and painful menstrual cycles, irregular menstrual cycles, PMS, and menopause. She successful helped women undergoing IVF successful become and stay pregnant. She offers pre-natal and post-partum depression Reflexology service. She has helps people who are looking for natural thyroid remedies to help balance  hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism through Reflexology.

In 2009, five women sought the Healing Place for fertility services. Of the five women, three  became pregnant and delivered healthy babies in 2010.
